One-to-one coaching
We'll watch which way it takes us.
Private, ongoing coaching for people in a season of change. We sit with the question, we look for what endures, and we practice what helps — at the pace of moving water.
Who it's for
For the in-between.
A new chapter you didn't quite choose. A decision that won't settle. A role, a relationship or a version of yourself you're outgrowing. You're not in crisis — you're in transition, and you'd like to move through it with more steadiness and less noise.
If you've ever felt the current quicken and wished for someone steady on the bank beside you, this is for you.
A season on the river
How the work tends to move.
Not a formula — a rhythm. We stay as long at each bend as it asks for.
Source
We find where this really begins — beneath the story you arrived with. What's the water you're already carrying?
Bend
We name what's turning, and what it's asking of you. The places you're bracing, and the ones ready to move.
Depth
We build the small, real practices that hold you steady when the surface gets rough.
Confluence
We bring it together — clarity you can act on, and a footing that stays after our work ends.
An honest map
What this is — and what it isn't.
This is
- A steady, confidential space to think out loud
- Grounded reflection paired with practical next steps
- Work that respects your pace and your judgment
- A long view — change that's built to last
This isn't
- Therapy or clinical mental-health treatment
- Quick fixes, hustle culture or ten-times promises
- Advice handed down — you stay the expert on your life
- One-size guidance pulled from a script
How we begin
It starts with a note.
Send a short message about where you are and what's stirring. We'll set up a relaxed first conversation — no cost, no pressure — to see whether the work fits. If it does, we'll find a rhythm of sessions that suits your season. If it doesn't, I'll gladly point you toward someone who's a better fit.
Sessions are held online, so we can work together wherever you are. Rates and cadence are discussed in our first conversation.
We sit with the question. We watch where the conversation wants to move. Some sessions open a new tributary. The shape of a session
